M & A Developments build new home and equestrian barn for Champion Jockey AP McCoy.

M & A Developments are delighted to have built this magnificent £1.35 million home and equestrian barnfor Champion Jockey AP McCoy.

M & A Developments worked closely with RBD Architecture & Interiors (London)   to ensure that the design and standard of build met the high expectations of AP and his wife Chanelle.

The first stage of the build was completed in 2014 and AP and his wife Chanelle moved into their new home with their 2 children Eve and Archie.

The second stage was the building of the equestrian barn and paddock which was completed in 2014.

The project is set in a magnificent green field site and the strategic landscaping has allowed the house and barn to sit naturally in its natural environment.
